The Health Collective has rooms to lease for independent healthcare professionals and wellbeing practitioners.

With great transport links, plenty of parking and amazing facilities; all our clinic rooms come fully serviced and include all rates, utilities, Wi-Fi, furnishings, and cleaning consumables.

All practitioners will be included in our clinic-wide marketing and social media.

Waiting Room

As you walk off Wigton High Street into The Health Collective, you are greeted by a calming waiting room. With plenty of light, comfy seats, access to a WC and reading material.

Your clients can relax whilst waiting for their appointment with you.

Clinic Room 1

Just off from the waiting area is this large clinical space. It has big frosted windows allowing natural light into the clinical area. It comes with a sit/stand desk and chair, client seats, an electrical bed with couch cover and roll. Large Mirror and a selection of equipment.

Clinic Room 3

Nestled at the rear of the clinic, this room has a safe and inviting feel to it. With matching chairs, cushions and blankets this is perfect for talking therapists and energy therapists.

Other Information

Staff Wellbeing Area; with kettle, fridge and microwave.

There is also storage space for practitioners to have a box stored at the property.
