Clinical Rooms Available to Rent

Situated in the centre of the historic market town of Wigton, Cumbria. The Health Collective has rooms to lease for independent healthcare professionals and wellbeing practitioners.

With great transport links, plenty of parking and amazing facilities; all our clinic rooms come fully serviced and include all rates, utilities, Wi-Fi, furnishings, and cleaning consumables.

All practitioners will be included in our clinic-wide marketing and social media.

Waiting Room

As you walk off Wigton High Street into The Health Collective, you are greeted by a calming waiting room. With plenty of light, comfy seats, access to a WC and reading material.

Your clients can relax whilst waiting for their appointment with you.

Clinic Room 1

Just off from the waiting area is this large clinical space. It has big frosted windows allowing natural light into the clinical area. It comes with a sit/stand desk and chair, client seats, an electrical bed with couch cover and roll. Large Mirror and a selection of equipment.

Clinic Room 3. Similar in size at the back of The Health Collective, which has 2 chairs, a desk and office chair.

Staff wellbeing Area; There is a staff area with kettle, fridge and microwave. With storage space for practitioners to have a box stored at the property.
